About me
For nearly a decade, I have partnered with individuals and gently assisted in their growth and self-development through behavioral science habit change and lifestyle coaching. Over the years I have coached hundreds of clients worldwide to find and discover themselves in the midst of their demanding lifestyles.
I hold a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. While working with individuals on their diets and relationship to food, I quickly realized that what people were really seeking was a balance in their lives holistically - mind, body, spirit.
