About me
I am an easy going person that likes to spend time with family and friends whenever possible. I like to listen to music and read books. Working out and running are some of my favorite things to do. Running is my therapy!
My Philosophy of Care
I was inspired to become a wellness professional after going through my own self-healing. I realized how I could help others with the things I learned. I've always been interested in massage therapy and this just helped pushed me to actually doing it.
