I am an easy going person that likes to spend time with family and friends whenever possible. I like to listen to music and read books. Working out and running are some of my favorite things to do. Running is my therapy!
I was inspired to become a wellness professional after going through my own self-healing. I realized how I could help others with the things I learned. I've always been interested in massage therapy and this just helped pushed me to actually doing it. I also have worked as a personal trainer for many years so I could see the benefits from both sides.
Clients would describe their first visit with me as very relaxing and much needed! Most said they didn't realize how much stretching included in the massage helped them feel better.
This type of massage is good for people who may be new to massage or who are uncomfortable with getting undressed for a session. You can stay fully clothed and still get all of the benefits of a regular massage.
