About me
After years of digging into the truth of natural health, I went on to study at Trinity School of Natural Health to obtain my certification as a Natural Health Professional and also obtained Board Certification through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I love natural medicine and the simplicity of finding healing through natural means.
I believe in a holistic approach, with mental health, spiritual health, emotional health, and physical health all being connected and equally important.
