About me
Welcome! My name is Kaitlyn, and I am a certified Holistic Health Coach. I specialize in helping women who are struggling with autoimmune disease, acne, digestive health, hormonal imbalance, body image issues, self-worth and self-esteem.
In my own journey to heal autoimmune disease and acne, I learned a great deal about the importance of caring for my physical body through a whole foods diet, yoga and herbal medicine.
