About me
About me
I started practicing yoga in 1999, and entered teacher training 10 years later. Yoga appealed to me on so many levels: the science and anatomy of the postures, the emotional wisdom and call to balance, the deep non-religious philosophy stressing kindness. And, over these years, the practice continues to call me to go deeper and to widen the sphere of of yoga's profound path to healing.
