About me
About me
I am Karen Mullinax, born and raised in Panama, now living in Charlotte, NC with my husband and two children. My interest about the process of creating life, from conception to birth, started with my third pregnancy. In my studies to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I was so distraught by the fact that there’s no education on natural ways of pregnancy, delivery and post-partum. I experienced pregnancy treated as a disease and I experienced pregnancy treated as a true celebration of life. The difference between both was abysmal and empowering.
