About me
The stressors and feeling out of control in every aspect of my life are familiar situations that I hear my current clients are experiencing during the past 3 years. I've lived through many life stressors that include moving internationally at a prime age, learning a completely new language, family illnesses, untimely deaths, health crises, education challenges, living in Africa, medical school drop-out, financial challenges, relationship challenges, and parenting challenges among the major events.
