For 25 years, Kathi Sohn was married to David Sohn, the creator of the Body Memory Process and deeply learned the discovery and release of core beliefs, created out of early childhood trauma.
After David's passing, Kathi has applied this powerful approach to her coaching work to help people rid themselves of self-limitation and obstacles to their goals and dreams.
