My Philosophy of Care
Similar to a musical instrument our bodies can fall out of vibrational harmony over time VST is a modality that can induce a profound and deep state of relaxation. So many people lived in a stressed state of being that being able to offer something so profoundly relaxing to people is wonderful.
What You Can Expect On Your First Visit
I have a brief health questionnaire a VST session has few counterindications(pacemakers, pregnancy and seizures generally), but it is always good to check in with the patient on what their needs are.
