About me
Kathy Little has been a nurse for over 42 years and has always been interested in the way that western medicine could incorporate holistic, alternative and natural methods into the healing process. In 2010, she began her lifelong study of the Japanese art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. A friend invited her to a class in Woodstock, New York where she met a wonderful instructor from Germany. Through this experience, she fell in love with the art and knew that her life had changed.
