About me
About me
I practiced traditional physical therapy for nearly 20 years and worked in a variety of settings including acute rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, private homes and outpatient clinics. I founded Compassionate Healing Services after struggling with bipolar mania/depression and suicidal ideation. In 2017 I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD and did not recover using the mental health treatments that are commonly offered. I had to find my own approach that I am passionate helping others discover for themselves.
