About me
I am a wife and mother. Healthy living was not always easy for me. After years of stress eating through life, job, and family demands I literally saw my sign. One morning I was too tired to walk two flights to the cardiac unit where I worked, so I took the elevator. There it was, my sign. It read, could you be a diabetic? Are you tired all the time? Do you have excessive urination? Do you have excessive thirst? Yes, yes, and yes that was me! After work I purchased a blood sugar meter and my blood sugar was well over 200. This indicated diabetes.
