About me
I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years and have 4 masters certifications in transformational coaching and advanced nutrition. With an extensive background as a professional fitness trainer, wellness educator and self-proclaimed nutrition nerd, I have combined all of my passions into a business as a holistic health and wellness coach.
