About me
Born and raised in a small town in Maine I have an appreciation for local and fresh foods. Bit by the travel bug during a spring break vacation in Holland I have an appreciation for foods indigenous from far off lands. My background education is in Exercise Physiology, and I have a MS degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, where I also completed my dietetic internship.
