About me
I am passionate about all things health, nutrition, and movement. 25+ years in healthcare, Physical Therapy, including 12 years as a PRI (Postural Restoration) specialist. My personal health journey led me to dig deep and leave no stone unturned in finding the root causes and foundational steps to my full recovery. Five years ago, I was trained and certified by NutriGenetic Research Institute. The institute developed its own secure DNA testing, looking at more than 200,000 pieces of genetic information, detailing reports 145 pages.
