I love assisting women between the ages of 30 and 65 who are feeling like there’s more to life than they are experiencing. They are feeling like they are starting a journey of self discovery and they need a partner/coach to help them down the path of discovery. I assist women in a Co-Active journey believing that we are all naturally Creative,Resourceful,and whole. Often times we simply need a partner in the journey of discovering ourselves and to design the life we long for.
