About me
About me
I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 30 years. I enjoy supporting clients in knowing how to care for their vehicle (body), so they feel good in it. I mainly use Counterstrain techniques in my bodywork but draw from 30 years of tools collected from my continual learning.
I learned early on in my career that mental, emotional and spiritual trauma can be the cause of body pain. This experience has kept me learning and growing as a person and a therapist. Healing from my own childhood trauma has been a gift.
