Kirsten Larsen is a certified Holistic Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and inner healing practitioner. She has a passion for wholeness through healthy integration of body, soul, and spirit. With both personal experience and certification, she has a background in nutrition, personal training, corrective exercises, chronic ailments such as Fibromyalgia, Thyroid issues, Adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue, heart disease, weight struggles, and more.
She has also personally walked through years of personal healing from trauma and worked with individuals to release emotional freedom through inner healing and personal counseling.
Kirsten has a passion to walk side-by-side with people through health challenges through a holistic approach. She believes that we are body, soul, and spirit and that you cannot just focus on one area without taking into account our whole person.

Over time, I've experienced freedom and healing from trauma, multiple health issues such as Fibromyalgia, extreme Adrenal Fatigue, hypothyroid, leaky gut, brain fog, inability to lose weight, sports injuries, and needing to learn how to navigate stress and overwhelm. With every step, I would go through learning, reading, taking courses, walking with God, and putting everything I learned into practice. With every breakthrough, I would walk with others to help them in their healing and health journey. It was clear this was a passion of mine, so went through the certifications and processes necessary to help as many people as possible.
Your first session is generally a free, 30-minute, Discovery Session where we will discuss your goals, blocks, and other aspects in order start you off with initial breakthrough, see what type of program is best for you, and to see if we are a good fit to work together. You will always walk away with breakthrough and steps toward your goals.
Health coaching is really a holistic approach to learning to listen to your body's needs and is ultimately about getting YOU healthy so that you can live your best life. You'll work with your coach through nutritional needs, lifestyle adjustments, stress resiliency, mindset, emotional healing, and physical exercise plans that fit your personal capabilities and goals.
