I love to see the faces of clients in my cooking classes realize new foods they enjoy! With a MS degree in Nutrition, I work as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), licensed in PA (LDN). I am certified and specialize in Diabetes Care and Education (CDCES) to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to help my clients improve their health with a nutritious diet and healthy lifestyle.
