About me
About me
I wear many different hats in my homecity of New York, NY; actor, writer, and health coach and I wear all three all the time. I refuse to pick, because my passions are what brought me back to the city in the first place.
I've struggled with my weight, health, mental health, and gut health for almost my entire life. Raised with the notion that eating less was healthy and all fats were bad, the high trends in conventional medicine when I was growing up nearly killed me.
