About me
Kristen's early years of college consisted of attending school for meteorology and training as a track and field multi-event athlete. As a collegiate athlete, she discovered how beneficial massage therapy was for the body and eventually decided to become a massage therapy practitioner in 2011. Over the years, Kristen has expanded her skillset into other natural health modalities, integrating various tools including essential oils, sound, and yoga, along with education in naturopathy to support her client's individual needs, meeting them where they are.
