About me
About me
I struggled with my weight, body image, & self confidence for years. I was OBSESSED with food, dieting, and working out, but no matter how many calories I counted or how hard I worked out, I never saw the results I wanted. I crash dieted & tried every program and cleanse under the sun. Guess what. NONE OF THEM WORKED.
I eventually earned my Master's in Nutrition so that I could learn on a deeper level how to be healthy and help others with similar struggles. As I entered the professional world, I found that many in the nutrition industry focused on ONLY that: nutrition.
