About me
I support clients in combining external knowledge with inner wisdom. Inner voice sessions start with a guided relaxation meditation and flow as a conversation, with the facilitator asking questions and the client allowing their intuition to respond with words, images, or feelings. Questions can be asked about any topic, including work/career, relationships, kids, world events, and health.
I enjoy bringing intuition into my work as a health coach. I have used my inner voice to help me navigate divorce, breakups, career shifts, and health challenges.
