Kristina Frederick PA-C, MS, RN is a Functional Medicine Practitioner with a varied background. Her Fellowship was through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She merges traditional Western medicine with a holistic focus. She also has degrees in Psychology, Nursing and Physiology as well as being a certified Health/Life Coach. She continues to expand her extensive knowledge of nutrition and fitness and incorporates all aspects into determining what each patient/client needs to achieve an optimal life path.
