About me
I am an Intuitive Health Coach, loving mother of two, and proud Army spouse. As a former US Army Captain with 20 years of leadership and business experience in both the US Army and corporate world, I decided to become a health coach to fulfill my passion of helping busy working parents achieve their health goals. I founded inTOOLative™ Health Coaching to help moms and dads improve their work-life balance by reducing fatigue and boosting energy. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and the Center for Creative Living.
