About me
As a former psychiatric nurse who worked with patients with depression, anxiety. and eating disorders, I know that the symptoms are just on the surface. What you see on the outside is a cover for what is going on in the mind. As a life coach I feel I am better able to help you navigate not only what the symptoms are, but also what is driving them.
If you are feeling like you have lost who you are or your sense of self, I can help you sort through your situation and come up with a strategy to be the person you would like to be.
