About me
I possess a PhD in depth psychology and somatic studies and am a published author. As a member of Spiritual Director’s International, I have a background in world religions, East-West spirituality, Jungian dream analysis, and integrative studies.
My Philosophy of Care
My interest is in the whole individual and discovering one’s true self. Individuation entails being congruent, authentic and more in harmony with all of life, so I address the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being of each client.
