As a registered dietitian trained in functional medicine, I'm passionate about using food as medicine to help others achieve optimal health. My journey began with studying Exercise Physiology, math, chemistry, and Nutrition in college. After raising four wonderful children, I decided to pursue a certificate in Functional Medicine to apply my knowledge in the real world.

When my son returned from a service mission severely ill, I knew I had to dig deeper. Through extensive training and learning from experienced clinicians, we discovered a severe mycotoxin exposure at the root of his health issues. This experience has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to help others navigate their own health challenges effectively.

Growing up, I was encouraged to be healthy but often received conflicting advice. Determined to understand the whys behind health guidelines, I delved into the anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology of the body and the impact of food on our well-being. I've discovered many answers and learned how to address the complexities of health issues. My goal is to help you find solutions to your unique health equation, as I understand that health concerns can be multifaceted.
