About me
About me
Working in the Health field since 1988, many have benefitted from the experience and passion Laurie has had in Nutrition, Exercise, and Meditation. Balancing a full family life with four children and a desire to help others has been her life's work.
Laurie earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Florida State University. She earned her Master's Degree in Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is also a Reiki Master, Qi Gong Practitioner, Pilates, and Yoga Practitioner.
