About me
I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years and have been studying integrative, holistic modalities since 2008 including Therapeutic Touch, Anthroposophic Nursing and BodyTalk. All of these modalities understand and honor the Wisdom of the Human Being and the innate capacity for healing. Impacts of the environment, past experiences, belief systems and many other outer and inner influences can make it challenging for the body and mind to stay in a state of wellness.
