Hello, I am so glad you are here! Although there are many "diagnoses and labels" out there, it never minimizes the fact that YOU are struggling and the reason why is unique to you. I battled headaches and TMJ pain as a teenager and young adult, as well as infertility for a number of years. When the medical community left me no answers, I began seeking alternative care which is where my bodywork journey started. These therapies changed my life in every dimension; not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, mentally and spiritually.
