About me
About me
As a Mom of a tribe, I know how busy we can get. Setting myself aside for over two decades caught up with me in my early 30's. Focusing on educating myself, for my own MS, aided me with helping others and better equip my children with the knowledge needed for better health. Outside of my practice, I spend time on hikes, jogs, power walks, yoga, reading, and homeschooling my little tribe. We watch movies, have down days and up days like everyone else and love playing with our Bloodhound, Katidid.
