About me
About me
I began my yoga journey in 1998. To be honest, it was a reluctant beginning, fraught with misgivings -- was I too old? would I be flexible enough? would I be skilled enough? would this practice be good for me?
Since that time, I have walked run, crawled the path. A path that has given me extensive knowledge, more flexibility and skill in many of yoga's poses. It has not, however, made me younger - yet, I am wiser.
I remain a student of the practice. After years of study and teaching I gained Certification as an Anusara Yoga instructor.
