About me
Healing is a true process and journey. Often, another set of eyes and ears can be insightful to enable you to identify the healing needs that can release you from the trauma, grief, etc that may be holding you back from healing in general. Often in our day to day lives, we have been taught to be strong and "deal with our challenges". We help you to identify any healing needs and cope and work through them. My personal trauma enables me to empathize and fully relate. Life experience, a lifetime of studies enables me to draw from knowledge and skills to assist you.
