About me
I am a movement and posture/anatomy specialist empowering individuals with scoliosis to live their best lives. As a Certified Scoliosis Therapist, my mission is to help you improve strength, achieve better alignment, halt curve progression, increase lung capacity, and alleviate pain through personalized 1:1 sessions utilizing therapeutic movements and techniques from ScolioPilates and ScolioYoga. During our sessions, we'll focus on myofascial release, joint mobility, movement and posture of lengthening and derotating curve patterns, strengthening muscle groups, and rewiring the brain through specific breathwork and relaxation techniques. By addressing both the physical and mental aspects of scoliosis, we'll work together to create a customized program that supports your unique needs and goals. Your journey begins with a 75-minute initial session, where we'll review your New Client packet, conduct a comprehensive postural, movement, and breath assessment, and define joint, pelvic, and shoulder alignment. Subsequent 60-minute sessions will dive right into your personalized treatment plan, empowering you with the tools and knowledge to continue your progress at home. My inspiration stems from a deep desire to help you become SCOLIOSIS STRONG for life.
