About me
About me
I am an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Yoga Instructor and owner of Adirondack Ayurveda, in the Lake George, NY area. A graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and a registered 200 hour Yoga Alliance Instructor, I have worked in special needs and general education for 35 years before hearing a holistic calling. My educational background and passion to teach children, teens and adults carries over into my current profession as I share the ancient teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga.
