From culinary chef to Holistic therapist, I quickly learned in the helping profession that traditional talk therapy is a positive outlet for individuals to express themselves, however it does not reach the emotional part of the brain where so much distress is stored. I recognized the need and importance for integrative therapies to heal all parts of a person; mind, body, and spirit.
