About me
I began my wellness journey because of high cholesterol. I did not want to be on pharmaceutical drugs for the rest of my life, I wanted to find a way to balance my cholesterol naturally. The more I learned, the more fascinated I got. After spending 20 years helping people heal their bodies through exercise, I went back to school to earn my doctorate in Naturopathy to help people heal their bodies from the inside.
