About me
About me
2009-2012 had been really rough times for me, including a divorce, my house flooded with sewage while I was on vacation in Hawaii, a subsequent foreclosure, a very stressful job with a long commute, and being generally fat and unhappy. In 2012, I decided that I was going to turn my life around and I did.
I share this with you so you know that I am just like you, and if I can make these changes, so can you. I took many baby steps along my journey, slowly changing, and learning to live my life differently. I can help you do the same, but tailored to suit your life.
