About me
About me
Once upon a time I studied ballet. An injury sidelined me and led me to the world of massage therapy. After getting my license, I specialized in craniosacral therapy for over 20 years. A passion for helping people resolve trauma led me to study Somatic Experiencing and then the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). I realized I wanted to be able to better help people with trauma related symptoms and that led me to get my Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. I'm a mom to two young girls and love walks in the woods.
