As an occupational therapist, certified craniosacral therapist, and licensed massage therapist, I am passionate about helping you transform your life through gentle, non-invasive methods that address your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

With over 20 years of experience in holistic healing, including training in transcendental meditation, Reiki, and craniosacral therapy from the Upledger Institute, I have witnessed profound changes in my clients' lives. My own personal journey has been transformed by these practices, and I am confident that they can help you too.

During each session, I assess the tensions in your body and utilize a combination of advanced techniques tailored to your individual needs. These may include light touch bodywork, energy work, and dialogue, all guided by your body's innate wisdom.
