About me
I take a holistic approach to wellness centered around bringing balance and harmony to the mind and body. My approach evaluates the client and guides them step-by-step towards meeting their goals, whether those are weight loss, increased flexibility or getting to the next level in their health. Past emotions and hurts that have not been properly dealt with can also affect the health of the body both physically and mentally. Emotional Freedom Technique uses acupressure to tap certain points with the end goal of breaking the bond between crippling emotions and memory.
