Lizeth Santamaria is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), also known as The Lupus Coach®, as well as the Founder and Owner of Discover Your Power®, LLC. Coach Lizeth is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), with over 15+ years of coaching and health education experience. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida as well as her master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College.
