About me
About me
I worked at an academic medical center, the University of Virginia, for 20 years helping people with cancer or chronic pain before starting my private practice in 2014. I specialize in using cognitive behavioral therapy to help people change thoughts, feelings or behaviors that could be contributing to emotional or physical conditions. I have a special interest in clinical hypnosis and since 1996, have been trained by the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis, the premier professionals-only organization.
