About me
My name is Lorena Clark. I am a wellness and nutritional consultant, educator, Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach, Holistic Drugless Practitioner and Reiki Master.
I will be your guide and coach during this journey to help you reach your health or wellness goals.
We will be using different tools to aid you throughout this journey: exercise, counseling, music, affirmations, mediations and preparing easy meals for every day.
