About me
I have beaten myself up with my words for as long as I can remember. The negative silent voice inside was my secret... I thought that if it wasn't nice it shouldn't be said out loud. I have an extremely addictive personality. My first addiction was to food, I was bullemic from high school in to my thirty's. I tried hard drugs and drank way too much alcohol for many many years. I sobered up for my child because I wanted to be an amazing mother. I breast fed him for 2 1/2 years to keep me clean.
