In 2016, I experienced my first Reiki session. The extraordinary power of that healing left me in awe. Driven by this profound experience, I left Los Angeles for Louisiana, where I began studying Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy. Living in the woods with just my little tent, I learned how to grow food and embrace a healthy lifestyle.
