About me
I'm Lydia, it's nice to meet you! I grew up in small town Michigan and made my way over to Los Angeles. My own healing journey began at a young age after getting my first laptop, with a face full of acne but a world of information at my fingertips. In the following years, I slowly transformed my life through plant-based nutrition, yoga, meditation, running, essential oils, detoxification, mindfulness, supplements - the whole gamut.
