About me
I'm a mom/grandma to 6 grandkids and one granddog and a longevity coach. I love to travel & discover vegan cuisine around the world. Here at home, I love walks on the beach, gardening, and plant-based cooking.
Aging healthily is my passion. I believe that getting older shouldn't mean losing our health and vibrancy. My clients experience renewed energy, improved mood, and better health so they can live life to its fullest.
