About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Certified EFT (tapping) practitioner. My niche is stress response system activation (stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma). I use mindfulness skills often to help people develop an awareness of how stress impacts them, and then help them use that awareness to change their relationship with stress.
